The October issue of TOP Story, our company newsletter, is now available to read below.
Issue 12 is about journeys: the ones we take together, the ones we take on our own, and the ones that ask for a little courage.
Together, the TOP team spent four days in Koh Samui for our annual retreat, and rallied once more with North East CDC for Kindness Warrior 2026, which raised over S$100,000 for school transport assistance under the STARS scheme.
On their own paths, the first two recipients of the TOP Foon Yew Dream Education Advancement Programme begin their studies at Nanyang Technological University, while the newest member of the TOP family joins our Trading team in Singapore.
And in Guinea, the journeys are literal. A new staff bus service now runs daily between camp and Fria, the restored Pont de Bankoun bridge has reopened to the community, and three new Wirtgen 280 SM surface miners are in production at our Rouge bauxite project.
This issue also carries our Sustainability Snapshot 2025, a concise report on our emissions, people and performance for the year, as we continue to refine how we measure and share our progress.
