Community · Kindness Warrior

Kindness Warrior.

What began as a small act of community during the pandemic has become a sustained annual programme — bringing our team, partner companies and beneficiaries together to raise funds for our chosen causes each year.
How it started
Kindness Warrior began in 2021 as our team's response to a difficult moment. The world was navigating the pandemic, and communities we knew were feeling the weight of that year in ways big and small. We wanted to do something practical, immediate, and rooted in our own team's ability to act and spread kindness.
This small project then gained momentum and grew in its presence. In 2022, we formalised a partnership with the North East Community Development Council (NE CDC). With NE CDC's deep roots in the community, they helped us forge a direct line to families who needed our support. Since then, the programme has grown year on year, with new partner companies joining and beneficiary numbers climbing.
Kindness Warrior has always been about more than fundraising — it creates space for friendship and shared purpose.

Kindness Warrior Fights Mental Health Stigma · A pandemic-era response

2022
Run for School Transport · First physical event
Our first physical edition — and the start of our long-term partnership with the North East Community Development Council. Kindness Warrior Run for School Transport was a 5km Fun Run, supported by Tampines West CSC, Temasek Polytechnic and ALLY. The campaign raised close to S$50,000.
2023
Paddle for School Transport · A new sport, a bigger year
The programme grew — this time we took to the water with a day of dragon boating. Held at Bedok Reservoir with support from Castlery, EtonHouse, KinderWorld, MLION Corp and Mooreast. The campaign more than doubled the previous year's total.
2024
Families for School Transport · A gathering for families
A community day at Our Tampines Hub with team games, bouncy castles, carnival rides for our beneficiary families. Partners included Air France-KLM, Dian Xiao Er, Leong Poh Kee, MLION, Shield, Mdm Ling Bakery, Flexxon. Focused on shared time between our team, partners and the families we support.
2025
Climb for School Transport · Reaching new heights
The campaign moved upwards with a climbing challenge at Action Motion. Supported by Flexxon, MLION Corp, Rajah & Tann Foundation and Shield. The year's campaign hit new highs, raising S$136,620, pushing our cumulative support past S$352,000.
2026
Rally for School Transport · Passing kindness along
Football fever hit Kindness Warrior, as beneficiary families and friends took to the futsal courts at KickOff@Kovan for a thrilling day of bubble soccer and laser tag. With our partners - Ally, MLION, Shield, and venue sponsor Kick Off - as well as the support of the public via our Giving.SG page, the year's campaign raised over S$100,000.
