TOP has built long-cycle experience in bauxite mining and supply, with operations and partnerships across Guinea, Indonesia and Malaysia. Our mining activities are supported by practical field knowledge, local teams and long-term relationships with concession owners, communities and authorities.
Our investment in advanced machinery — including surface miners that allow for safer, more efficient extraction — is matched by an operational excellence framework rooted in comprehensive health, safety and community protocols. In Guinea, we are the first non-MNC mining operator licensed in the country.

Physical Trading

A Singapore-headquartered physical commodity trading platform with deep experience in bauxite, coal and selected minerals across Asia-Pacific markets. Our trading model is built on reliability, transparent execution, logistics coordination and long-term customer relationships.
In 2017 we became one of Indonesia's fastest-growing physical coal traders. Since then, we have added iron ore, copper cathode and nickel — with a deliberate focus on commodities powering the global energy transition. Our trade flows now reach buyers in China, Thailand, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, South Korea — and beyond.

From road access to port operations, barging, vessel coordination and shipment execution, our logistics capabilities give us greater control across the supply chain — especially in complex operating environments.
Our story began with the logistics of the trade. By 2015 — within a year of founding — we were Malaysia's largest bauxite exporter, managing the supply chain of a sudden boom and rising to meet the operational demands of moving material at that scale. That same problem-solving instinct shaped Kimbo Port. In February 2019, alongside Yantai Port Group of China and Société Bauxite Kimbo SA of Guinea, we formed a consortium to build a port along the Fratala River — one of Guinea's major waterways. Kimbo & Co. port has been in operation since 2021, and now moves 15 Mtpa.
