Sunny skies, dazzling seas and brilliant company – this year’s annual company retreat took our team to Koh Samui, under the theme “Samui Side Up”.
From 17 to 20 September, colleagues traded their laptops for four days of Thai hospitality and nature, taking on an island-wide team challenge, picking up local crafts and cooking methods, visiting the Big Buddha temple, and snorkeling off the coast.
Four days out of the office has a way of bringing out new sides of people you thought you already knew – a few more inside jokes, and a lot of gratitude for the colleagues we get to do this with every day.
A big thank you to our HR team, who put this together for another year running – the planning behind the scenes is what makes a trip like this come off so smoothly, and what brings the team together so well.
Here’s to carrying a bit of that energy back into the rest of the year.
