We were heartened to attend the North East CDC District Meeting 2025 - part of the year's Shaping Hearts initiative - and honoured to receive a token of appreciation for our ongoing support of the NE CDC’s multifaceted community programmes. It was an especially meaningful evening as the event’s Neo Kah Kiat Awards recognised 16 inspiring artists with disabilities - a beautiful reminder of the power of art, creative expression, and communities coming together to celebrate one another.
The team spent a meaningful day helping out at Willing Hearts, as we took on the task of meal prep alongside an incredible mix of other volunteers - from corporate teams and families to individuals who showed up simply wanting to lend a hand. It was a humbling reminder that community is built through small acts done together. And for us, it was also a special way to spend the weekend as a team - working side by side, having a good time, and sharing in the experience of supporting our community together.
As a sponsor of the campaign, we had the privilege of attending the Symphony of Hope charity dinner organised by NKF Singapore (The National Kidney Foundation). Listening to these experiences was a powerful reminder that health is not something to take for granted. Preventive care, early detection, and community support are essential pillars of a strong and compassionate society - and ones we must continue to champion. Thank you to NKF for the important work you do, and for reminding us of the strength and compassion that lives within our communities.

The story highlights how individuals and SMEs can play an essential role in supporting communities, and band together to create greater impact.
In this exclusive byline for Human Resources Online, our HR Director Lydea Tan shares why movement is a strategic imperative for building future-ready teams. Lydea explores how simple shifts - from walking meetings to designing spaces that encourage mobility - can transform team resilience, creativity, and performance.
Issue 10 is all about Kindness - celebrating our community and colleagues that have supported our mission to make a difference in the world.
